Dar, atentie, dezvoltarea musculara foloseste, in primul rand, mentinerii sanatatii. Programul ce urmeaza a fi prezentat este destinat celor ce doresc o tonifiere a musculaturii, fara a urmari o crestere foarte mare a masei musculare. De aceea recomandam pentru fiecare exercitiu executarea a 3-4 serii a cate 10-12 repetari, cu greutati moderate.<br />
<strong><br />
Flexii ale bratelor la aparatul Larry-Scott </strong>- lucreaza muschii biceps. Atentie, la acest aparat miscarea incepe de sus! Pentru aceasta, apucati manerul cadrului cu ambele maini inainte de a va aseza pe scaun si, sprijinind coatele pe saua aparatului, aduceti cadrul in pozitia de sus, flexand bratele. </p>
<p>Mentineti pozitia si va asezati. Pozitionati bratele paralele pe planul inclinat, inspirati adanc si, pe expiratie, coborati lent cadrul pana cand antebratele ajung orizontale. Avansatii pot continua coborarea inca putin. Reveniti in pozitia de plecare si inspirati. Nu se executa miscarea de coborare pana la intinderea completa a bratelor deoarece efortul de ridicare poate provoca accidente articulatiei cotului.</p>
